Truffle Scrambled Eggs

Ingredients

Fresh Eggs
Black Truffle Pearl Caviar
Salt
Black Truffle Juice
Milk
Black Peppercorn
Fresh Truffle
Black Truffle Butter

Preparation

  1. Pot on medium heat, add olive oil
  2. Crack fresh eggs into bowl, add a pinch of salt, peppercorn
  3. Shred truffles into mixture, add truffle juice, add milk
  4. MIX
  5. Pour egg mixture into pot
  6. Slowly turn eggs
  7. Add truffle butter
  8. Suggested to be paired with grilled bread, toast, brioche
  9. Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil
  10. Add sliced truffle & black truffle caviar on top
  11. Enjoy!
