Maison Crayssac's Black Truffle Juice is made by extracting Black Winter Truffles in a three-stage cooking process. The final juice product is a combination of all three stages, following a French Government Law (DGCCRF). The Winter Black Truffles we use are harvested in the Perigord region of France where truffles are perfumed with an earthy flavor. Truffle juice can be used as a flavor enhancer in sauces, braises, stews and more.
