The elk meet arrived quickly, but was not frozen and the packaging indicated that it was a year old and safe IF frozen in 2024 and kept frozen since then. I reached out to the company via the phone number and email that were used to reach out to me during the purchase process. No response from either.
The meat went to waste since I could not reach anyone to advise whether it was safer to eat or not.
The company was communicative and friendly before I received my order, but no response after I received my order and inquired about the date. If I don’t hear back from the company quite soon, I will go ahead and reach out to my CC company to see what I can do.
