A whole pound of Chef Pascal Besset's favorite! Our classic Italian Lonzino (1lb) is made using 100% Berkshire Pork Loin. It is massaged with herbs to help the ingredients penetrate the meat. From there it is fermented and aged for four months to ensure optimal tenderness.

Incredibly Tasty and Tender

The Lonzino and Lomo from Angel's might be my favorite product they have to offer. A very tasty and tender cut of Berkshire Pork loin is seasoned to perfection and melts in your mouth. The Lonzino is seasoned with an herbs and spices blend, while the Lomo is seasoned with paprika, kind of like chorizo. Amazing!

The flavor is excellent. The texture leaves something to be desired. What was used to cure the meat did not 'breakdown' the meat.
