Each 8oz tub is frozen immediately after harvest to preserve peak freshness, then thawed to order before shipping. To extend shelf life, keep caviar frozen until ready to use. Once thawed, store in the coldest part of your refrigerator—ideally between 28°F to 32°F. Unopened, the caviar can be stored in the fridge for up to 6 weeks. Once opened, consume within 2–3 days for optimal taste and texture.
