Angel's Return Policy
ONLINE ORDERING PROCESS
Angel's Salumi & Truffles gives you the ability to order individual items online. Your items will be shipped with the appropriate packaging. For any item that is not shelf-stable, we will provide the necessary ice and packaging for transit.
Upon ordering, you will receive a confirmation email. A member of our team will ship your order within 24 hours of receipt. Upon shipping, you will receive an email with package tracking information.
Angel's Salumi & Truffles also offers the "Angel Club"- a subscription box that caters to the charcuterie level. Choose from three tiers of boxes that offer different types and quantities of our products offered on our website. You can view more information about Angel's Club here.
OUR RETURN POLICY
Because our products are perishable, unless one of the promises below is not met, we do not allow returns. If the product you receive is deceptive, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product to open a case with our support team. A return label will be provided, and a refund will be issued accordingly upon receipt of the product.
1). You will receive the correct product, in its correct packaging and in the size that you ordered. *
If Angel's Salumi & Truffles does not have the product you have purchased in stock, a member of our team will notify you and offer a refund or other product suggestions. If you do not return our calls within a 48-hour period, your order will be canceled and a refund will be issued for the full purchase amount.
2). You will be shipped your order to the delivery address you chose at check-out and in the timeframe that you chose.*
Angel's Salumi & Truffles let's you pick your favorite carrier upon check-out and select a "time-frame" in which you'd like to receive your product. It is your responsibility to pick the correct address and date for delivery. Our products are weather-sensitive and we do our best to include the right packing materials to ensure your product is safe. However, it is your responsibility to be available to receive the package. Shipments that cannot be delivered because of an incorrect or invalid shipping address are disqualified from receiving a refund for shipping. A payment for the second shipment will be assessed (assuming the box makes it back to our headquarters). Packages deemed "delivered" to the correct address by the shipping company are also Shipments that are undeliverable and/or delivered incorrectly due to an incorrect, incomplete and/or invalid shipping address, or those deemed "delivered" to the correct address by the shipping company are disqualified from receiving a refund on shipping. Angel's Salumi & Truffles is not responsible for refunding shipping charges in cases where delays or delivery problems are caused by the shipping company, weather , or if shipments are refused by the recipient and/or returned to Angel's Salumi & Truffles without first notifying an employee.
3). The products you receive will be aligned with the quality we promise.
Angel's Salumi & Truffles promises to deliver you fresh and quality product. If you do not have this experience, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your product so that our support team can open a case.
