Open-Faced Sandwich with Black Truffle Salami

Ingredients

Organic mozzarella cheese
Arugula
Black Peppercorn
White Truffle Oil
Black Truffle Salt
Sandwich Roll

Directions

  1. Preheat oven at 425 Toast for 5 minutes
  2. Mix mozzarella with truffle oil, a pinch of sea salt, and add some cracked peppercorn
  3. Add a generous amount mozzarella mix atop bread to toast
  4. Place in oven for 5 minutes
  5. Add salt, oil, cracked peppercorn to arugula & mix
  6. Spread salami atop mozzarella
  7. Add arugula mix
  8. Enjoy!
