Black Truffle Gnocchi

Put a simple twist on traditional gnocchi recipes by incorporating Black Truffle. This recipe can be prepared using fresh truffles or by substituting fresh truffle with truffle butter and/or oil. Video: Black Truffle Gnocchi

Ingredients

Gnocchi
Black Truffle Oil
Black Truffle Butter
Black Winter Truffle Juice
Parmesan Cheese
Black Peppercorn
Salt
Fresh Truffle

Directions

  1. Boil water
  2. Add gnocchi to boiling water
  3. Add black winter truffle juice to pan to reduce (1/2 can)
  4. Let gnocchi cook until soft for 3-4 min at 260 degrees
  5. Transfer gnocchi to truffle juice pan
  6. Add cracked peppercorn and salt
  7. Add black truffle butter, Parmesan cheese, shred fresh truffle, black truffle oil
  8. Plate gnocchi once the consistency is smooth & creamy
  9. Add sliced truffle, parmesan cheese, fresh herb to finish
  10. Enjoy!
